Affiliated Member
A member shall be considered an affiliate in the association if he applies for membership in the association and it appears that one of the membership conditions applicable to him does not apply to him and a decision is issued by the Board of Directors to accept him as an affiliate member, or he applies for affiliate membership.
Benefits available to an affiliate member
An affiliate member can
- Participate in the activities of the association’s associate members.
- View the association’s documents.
- Attending associate member meetings.
- Receive information about the association’s activities periodically
- The associate member has the right to address the association via the means used in the association (e-mail), and the Board of Directors must respond to the active member by the same means or via his address registered in the membership register.
To join an affiliate membership:

- Pay the association’s associate membership fees (200 riyals) two hundred Saudi riyals annually.
- The applicant must be at least 18 years old
- All conditions specified by the National Associations and Institutions Law and its executive regulations are met.
- Commitment to all decisions of the General Assembly.
- Not to do anything that might harm the association.
- Cooperating with the association and its employees to achieve its goals and implement its executive decisions.
- He must be fully qualified to carry out the duties of an associate member.
- Be of good conduct.
- The Saudi Society for the Welfare of Animals (Rafq) has the right to update/amend the terms and conditions and all members must adhere to them. Members will be notified by email.
