Membership in shops providing services (cleaning, hospitality, training)

These are the shops that hold a shop license from the municipality, regular commercial records, a national address, and practice the profession of washing, cleaning and trimming the hair of domesticated animals.

To join the list of stores providing services approved by the association:

 

  • -Fill out the form on the website www.refq.org
    Attach copies of the following documents: (optional)
  • A copy of a valid municipal license authorizing the activity.
  • Valid commercial registration (licensed activity).
  • Labor office license ‘licensed for activity and jobs’.
  • A valid VAT registration certificate.
  • Identities of workers practicing the profession.
  • Pay the membership fee for a service shop in the association (1,800 riyals) annually via a bank transfer, and upload a clear copy of the transfer bearing the number, date, time and amount of the transfer, with ‘Membership of a service shop’ written on it and specifying the type of service and the name of the shop.
    Indicate the city, street, neighborhood, and clinic where you practice the profession (national address).
    Clarifying communication times and the appropriate means (mobile phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS).
    Clarifying the appropriate language for communication (Arabic-English).
    -Schedule an appointment to visit the shop and verify the validity of their methods before granting them the certificate.
